iHealing Hub

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This policy explains what information iHealing Hub (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit ihealinglife.com, buy from us, comment on or message our Facebook Page, or join our community on Skool, and how we use and protect it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

1. What we collect

  • Your email address, when you enter it on our website (for example to get the Golden Ratio Frequency Bundle or to see your quiz results), together with which button or page you used and, for the quiz, the answers you chose.
  • Order details, when you buy. Payments are handled by Gumroad and its payment processors. We receive your name, email address, what you bought and the amount. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Facebook and Messenger information, when you comment on our Facebook Page or message us. See section 2.
  • Usage data. Our website uses the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag, which use cookies to tell us which pages were visited and whether an order was completed, so we can measure and improve our ads. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.
  • Listen counter. When you play the free preview on our listening page, we count the listen and show how many people are listening right now. This uses a random ID that only lives for that page visit. To stop abuse, your IP address is turned into a one-way, salted code that cannot be reversed and is deleted within an hour; we never store the IP address itself. The counter is stored with Upstash, a database provider.

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive information such as health records. Please don't send it to us.

2. Facebook & Messenger

Our Facebook Page uses an automated assistant. When you comment certain words (such as “Golden”) on one of our posts, it replies to your comment and sends you a private message offering the link to our community. If you ask for the link, it sends it and, about a day later, one reminder with the same link.

To do this, Meta shares with us your public name, a Page-scoped ID (a number that only identifies you to our Page), and the text of your comment or message. The only thing our assistant stores is your Page-scoped ID, the language of the conversation and the time you asked for the link, and only until the reminder is sent, which is always less than 24 hours. Your conversation itself stays in Messenger, under Meta’s own Privacy Policy.

Reply STOP at any time and the assistant won’t send you any more automatic messages.

3. How we use it

  • To deliver what you asked for: your purchase, your quiz results, or the link to our community.
  • To answer your questions and give support.
  • To send you messages about our products, if you gave us your email. You can opt out at any time.
  • To measure and improve our website and ads.
  • To prevent fraud and keep our services secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

Only with the services we use to run iHealing Hub, and only what they need:

  • Gumroad: payments and delivery of your digital products.
  • Meta (Facebook, Messenger): our Page, Messenger conversations and the Meta Pixel.
  • Google: the Google Ads tag, which measures visits and conversions from our ads.
  • Vercel and Cloudflare: website hosting and audio delivery.
  • Upstash: stores the anonymous listen counter.
  • Skool: our community. When you join it, Skool handles your account under its own privacy policy.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

  • Messenger reminder data: deleted as soon as the reminder is sent, or after 24 hours at most.
  • Email addresses and quiz answers: until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe.
  • Order records: as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements.

6. Your choices

  • Stop Messenger automation: reply STOP in our Messenger conversation.
  • Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us.
  • Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook settings.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to how we use it. Contact us and we will help.

7. Delete your data

You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you at any time:

  • In Messenger: send delete my data to our Facebook Page. Our assistant immediately deletes the reminder information it holds about you and stops messaging you.
  • Everything else (email address, quiz answers): send the same message to our Facebook Page together with the email address you used, and we will delete it within 30 days and confirm.
  • Purchases: reply to your Gumroad receipt email. Some order records must be kept for legal and accounting reasons.

8. Contact us

For any privacy question or request, message our Facebook Page or reply to your Gumroad receipt email. We usually answer within a few days.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
